Professional Pet Grooming From an Experienced Groomer
Professional Pet Grooming From an Experienced Groomer
Grooming is about more than making your pet look good. A professional grooming appointment can help keep your pet's coat, nails, and overall appearance properly maintained while giving you an opportunity to address routine grooming needs.
After more than three decades in pet grooming, I understand that every pet is different. Breed, coat type, condition, temperament, age, and grooming history can all influence the grooming experience. Instead of approaching every appointment the same way, I take a personal approach to the pets in my care.
I also understand that owners have their own preferences. You may want to maintain a particular breed-appropriate appearance, shorten a coat for easier upkeep, or simply have your pet looking clean and well-groomed. That is why communication is an important part of my process.
As a woman-owned sole proprietorship, I personally work with my clients and their pets. Before grooming begins, I can provide a short in-person consultation so we can discuss the look you want for your pet. My goal is simple: to provide dependable grooming while caring for your dog or cat as if they were my own.
Complete Salon Services
Pet Grooming
Services in Flint, MI
K-9 Fine Design Pet Salon offers professional grooming and additional pet care services from my salon at 3106 N Center Rd in Flint, Michigan.
Professional All-Breed Dog Grooming
I provide professional dog grooming for all breeds, including purebred dogs. With decades of hands-on grooming experience, I understand the importance of working with different coat types, grooming requirements, and owner preferences.
My approach combines professional grooming with personal attention. Before getting started, I can discuss your desired look with you so that I have a clear understanding of what you would like for your dog.
Saturday-Only Indoor Cat Grooming
Cats have different grooming needs from dogs, and I want customers to understand exactly when and how this service is offered.
Cat grooming is provided indoors and is available on Saturdays only.
If your cat needs professional grooming, please contact me to discuss the service and appointment availability. Making this limitation clear before scheduling helps ensure you know what to expect when arranging your cat's visit.
Pet Nail Trimming
Keeping nails properly maintained is an important part of routine pet grooming. I offer pet nail trimming for clients who need help keeping their dog or cat's nails at a manageable length.
Whether nail trimming is part of a larger grooming visit or your pet needs attention specifically for their nails, contact me to discuss the appropriate service.
Teeth Scaling
K-9 Fine Design Pet Salon also offers teeth scaling as an additional pet care service. Because professional veterinary dental care and salon services are not the same, I encourage pet owners to speak with their veterinarian about dental health concerns or symptoms that may require veterinary attention.
Contact me directly if you would like more information about the teeth scaling service I provide and whether it is appropriate for your pet's grooming visit.
Gland Expression
Gland expression is another service available through K-9 Fine Design Pet Salon. If this is something you normally request as part of your pet's care, let me know when discussing your appointment.
If your pet is experiencing pain, swelling, persistent discomfort, or another health concern, veterinary evaluation may be appropriate rather than relying on a grooming service alone.
Have Questions About Your Pet's Visit?
